What Makes Us Unique When we started researching affirmations currently on the market, we realized that it was mostly a "one size fits all" approach. We knew that in order for any mindfulness product to have a significant impact on one's mindset and overall well-being, it needs to resonate with its audience and be easy to incorporate into everyday life. Rather than using generic statements, our affirmations are written in a way that makes readers feel seen and validated in their current stage of life, while also promoting gratitude, mindfulness and connection. Meet Our Founder This is Amy Hamilton Amy is a former teacher, mom of two, and the heart behind our affirmation decks. With degrees in English and Education from the University of Saskatchewan, she’s always believed in the power of words—and the importance of using them kindly. She lives just outside of Saskatoon on a cozy acreage where you’ll find her gardening, playing with the pups, soaking up sunshine with her family, or finding something to do—because sitting still isn’t really her thing (mom mode: always on). Mindfulness, gratitude, and intentional living are at the core of everything she creates.
